Exchanges only, no refunds. Please choose your items carefully. We are not required to provide a refund and it is simply not practical in a pre-loved store. We will exchange it for a more suitable item if brought back within the week. 

  • All items are sold “as is”. We do our best to ensure excellent condition of clothing but as you can appreciate thousands of pieces of clothing come through the store and even though we have a 4-stage quality control system some pieces still fall through the cracks.  

  • If you find a fault in store, please let us know, and we will sort it out on an individual basis 

  • We take all possible care to ensure we re-sell quality items.
